By first focusing on the unique strengths and skills available in any region, we work alongside the local communities to identify and build what we call the 'economic engines' that will then power the change needed for the whole community.

Through entrepreneurship and enterprise in general, we believe communities can be permanently changed in a self sustainable way.

Fueled by the economic engine, we then focus on improving access to, and the quality of the local area's agriculture and water.

If we can ensure affordable, ready access to clean water and healthy food, the benefits to the local population go far beyond the obvious.

In addition to the obvious benefits for drinking water and hygiene, clean water also improved farming for example, helping ensure healthier crops with better yields are produced.

From educating children to training adults, developing countries typically need both.

Our goal is to build a generationally minded team who will plan and execute 20 & 30 year plans that deliver lasting improvements to the areas we work in.

No work in any region is complete without also bringing basic medical support to the community as well as specialized care where possible.

Through partnerships with medical manufacturers and a team of professionally trained volunteers, we teach locals how to administer simple medical care to eliminate needless suffering and loss of life.
